Baby went to beijing last week for 5 days and he was back on sunday. but on wed morning, he flew to BKK again and will be back on sat. he's such a busy man... and... he'ld be going to BKK soon for weeks! my weekends are gonna be bored! all my friends have their own activities. Im too used to spending my weekends w him for the past 10 months or so.. so now whenever he's away during the weekends, my weekends felt wasted cos i have no plans :(
He bought me a necklace w a jade pendant from Beijing :) i like.... and a tee from hard rock cafe and a Chanel precision black eyeliner (i asked him to help me buy from DFS). But i think it's not very good as compared to the Boujouis (?) liquid eye liner that i've been using cos it smudges a lil.. and this time, i asked him to buy BKK chicken rice back for me!! the first time i tried BKK chicken rice was during my previous trip to BKK last dec. They served the best chicken rice i've ever tasted and what's more surprising was that their chicken rice goes with chinese tea bing (with ice)! What a weird combination right.. but it really tasted goody goody :) pls dont mistaken it the fried chicken rice served at Thai Express who claimed to be BKK chicken rice. Not at all! it's definitely a must-try for whoever next trip to bangkok ;)
chatted w leong last weekend.. n found out from him about this cute girl he just met. haha.. felt a lil weird during the initial conversation but well.. im happy for him. and pls dont always criticize us for being petite (well, i put it in a nicer way~) okay! it's not what we want! good luck to your pop or whatever you call it. hehe.
I'll be going on a ride on the Sg flyer this saturday! haha, i'll be there with my MOH colleagues and a huge bunch of 110 kids from LCSS. it's kind of a charity event, or rather a community event. these kids are really pitiful. They come from underpriviledged backgrounds or have at least one parent who is incarcerated (imprisoned). We'll be giving out goodie bags to the kids and bringing them to popeye's for lunch after the ride. I love popeye's scone! (they call it biscuit but i prefer to call it scone) they're nice nice nice!! esp with the strawberry jam. the first time i had it was with jx. she 'introed' popeye's to me 3 yrs ago when we were doing project or sth at changi airport. so weird right, i had to go there to meet her cos she stay near the airport -.-''' come to think of it, i haven't seen this girl for more than a year after she had gone to aussie, UQ, for her bachelors. she should be coming back this nov. hope to meet up with my poly mates:) Well, met puifun recently. her hair is growing really long!! haha. but still quite 'pom' and fluffy. haha.
i'm actually at office now and i can write such a long post w/o being discovered. oops. i'm really bored at office. there's nothing for me to do. NOTHING = 0. will be meeting liqin for dinner today and going to popular bookstore to buy books for her new students i think. she's gonna give them intense tuition! good luck kids :)
